Refund policy

  1. Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return / refund, a photograph and description of the issue is required within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  1. Food Items

Should you receive a food item that is not edible, while still within the best before date, please contact us as soon as possible with a photograph and a description of the issue.

  1. Non-Food Items

 We have a 14-day return policy for non-food items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can either bring the item to our physical store in Kenilworth or we can arrange collection (and delivery in the case of an exchange) at your cost. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Personal Care items may not be returned unless they are damaged or defective on receipt (please refer to point 1 above)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
